Interested in an animal? We ship! Moving and need to ship your animal? We can do that for you! We prefer to ship Tuesday for Wednesday arrival. We do board the animal before shipping so the cost may vary. Typically the total will be Boarding Cost + Shipping Fee. Please email ebvonline@gmail.com for more information.
Frequently Asked Questions (See Q&A Page for more)
Do I need a reservation to board?
As of right now, no. Unless it is a large tortoise, aquatic turtle, or a special requirement reptile/amphibian.
How much is a set up for {animal}? How do you take care of a {animal}?
Because set-ups and care range so drastically in cost and level depending on your needs, we cannot give accurate estimates over the phone or via email. Please visit us in store for more information on cost or check out our care sheets!
How do I rehome my animal?
East Bay Vivarium should be one of the last resorts for rehoming your animal. Unfortunately we are not a rescue and do not have the capacity to intake every animal. Please see the rescues we have listed. If you cannot find an alternative, if we have the space, we can typically take in an animal for a $25 fee.
